How long does it take from the time I place my order until I receive it?

Stock product orders are often completed within 14 days (excluding late submissions and holidays). Custom graphic jobs may take several days longer to complete, depending on their complexity and size. With custom orders, we’ll provide an estimate of the turnaround time for each order, and will always work with you to find ways to complete your project when you need it.

What if I would like to build a custom graphic?

We suggest that you use our Fitgraphix Online Planner. In both the “Room Planner” and Design pages, simply select “Upload Image” and you will have the option to browse your files. If you are using a tablet or smart phone, you will have the option to take a photo at that time.

You could also draw your desired graphic on a piece of paper and then take a picture of it with your digital camera/phone. Then upload the image as described above.

Otherwise, you can give us a call at 888-704-9940 and speak with one of our customer service representatives.

What resolution should I have for pictures and images?

Resolution should be set to no less than 300 dpi.

Please be careful, most pictures and graphics taken from the internet can be low resolution, typically 72 dpi. We strongly advise that you avoid these low res images, as they will not produce high quality graphics for your floors and walls.

Why do the production colors look different from the colors on my screen?

Monitors use the RGB (red, green, blue) color model, which usually supports a wider spectrum of colors. Printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color model, which can reproduce most—but not all—of the colors in the RGB color model. Depending on the equipment used, CMYK generally matches 85–90% of the colors in the RGB model.

When a color is selected from the RGB model that is out of the range of the CMYK model, the application chooses what it thinks is the closest color that will match. Programs like Adobe Photoshop allow you to choose the replacement color, other programs may not.

For Fitgraphix color and production quality, white is considered a color. Our quality standards at Fitgraphix require that we apply any color combination specified in our production process.

What types of surfaces can Fitgraphix be installed on?

Fitgraphix engineered flooring graphics (EFG) may be installed on a number of flat and solid surfaces. We recommend that you apply our EFG to recycled rubber and virgin rubber flooring, vinyl tile, hardwood, and concrete.

At this time, we don’t recommend that you apply our EFG to carpets or asphalt. We are currently working on a solution for both of these surfaces, and will have this available on our website when it is available to the public.

Please notify me when these items are available

How do I maintain my Fitgraphix?

We recommend that you clean your Fitgraphix areas with mild soap and water. Do not use corrosive chemicals to clean your floor or graphics, this will void your warranty and will cause streaking if you are using rubber flooring.

Important: Do not let water stand or pool on or around your EFG products. Your EFG is secured with a strong adhesive that creates an incredible bond between the graphic and your flooring. However, water that is left to stand or pool can affect the life of your graphic adhesion. Standing or pooling water will cause the discoloration of the graphics and will void your warranty.
